1 Quaker weight control oatmeal- 160 cal/ 29 carb/ 6 g fiber/ 3 g fat/ 0 chol

1 Coffee

1 bottled water

Late morning snack:

1 Fiber One bar- 140 cal/ 29 carb/ 9 g fiber/ 4 g fat/ 0 chol

Lunch:

1/2 chick salad sand/made with low fat mayo -  375 cal/ 17 carb/ 14 g fat/ 5 g fiber/ ? chol

1 pouch of Tabatchnick Lentil Soup - 160  cal/ 30 carb/ 0 fat/ 8 g fiber/ 0 chol

Unsweetened Tea

1/2 bottled water



160.8 this morning…after spring break.

Husband gave me a brand new bicycle for Valentine’s day!

I will be encouraged, motivate myself, recharge and begin again!

So it’s back to square one….but that’s ok.

It’s just 26 pounds….what the HECK is my problem????
