Late morning snack:

Lunch:
1/2 chick salad sand/made with low fat mayo - 375 cal/ 17 carb/ 14 g fat/ 5 g fiber/ ? chol

160.8 this morning…after spring break.
Husband gave me a brand new bicycle for Valentine’s day!
I will be encouraged, motivate myself, recharge and begin again!
So it’s back to square one….but that’s ok.
It’s just 26 pounds….what the HECK is my problem????
